  5. MINERALS.
  6. WATER.

These nutrients body can not synthesis by their own, it take some diet in which these nutrient are in the form of micronutrients.

As every functioning thing need energy for example, A car engine needs fuel to move the car just like suppose our body is like a car engine and the food is fuel for us to function our works.

These nutrients have their own role in the body .
